Funds Recovery Group (“FRG”) provides surplus funds recovery services, including identification, verification, legal filing, and disbursement of unclaimed surplus funds from tax sales, foreclosures, probate proceedings, and government-held unclaimed property.
Our services are provided on a contingency fee basis. You pay no upfront fees. Our fee is a percentage of successfully recovered funds, disclosed in writing before any work begins. If no funds are recovered, you owe nothing.
While we maintain a 99.7% claim success rate, FRG does not guarantee recovery in every case. Recovery outcomes depend on jurisdiction, claim validity, and other factors outside our control.
Legal filing is performed by licensed attorneys in the relevant jurisdiction. FRG itself is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
These terms are governed by applicable federal and state laws. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
